I find it tough to go into my draft with a set strategy since I don't know my draft position and who might fall to me in those first couple of rounds. Do you pass on a Santana if he falls to you at 7 or 8 just because you are set on drafting hitters? I usually go best value for the first several rounds and then see where I stand. Being prepared to be flexible is the key for a successful draft, IMO.
