Id say yes?
In Baseball HQ's recent free e-mail, they note the following about Hall:
"Hall's development came at age 26, a typical age for such growth. And his HR spike was supported by growth in his fly ball rate and his PX. However, Hall's contact rate and xBA both dropped from 2005, indicating he still has some work to do to put all of his skills together. And to maintain his power, he will have to maintain the growth in fly ball rate. Given those things, 2007 could bring a bit of regression. Hall could be overpriced in many 2007 drafts based upon his 2006 numbers. He's definitely worth acquiring, but pay for his 2007 projection rather than his 2006 production."
They predict the following line for Hall: .261 AVG, 27 HR, 498 AB.
