So I am looking for the best songs from these bands + where you would rank them as opposed to eachother. If you could rank them and then list a few of the best songs they got that'd be great.
Journey
Pearl Jam
Days of the New
Social Distortion
Bad Religion
The Cranberries
Everlast
Iggy Pop
Joe Cocker
O.A.R.
Radiohead
REM
Sean Tracey has my apologies, we all know Ozzie Guillen is an idiot. I'm rooting for you!
Well the only band there that I actually like is Pearl Jam. I'll give you my favorite songs. It'll be a decent sized list because well, my favorite songs change all the time. I kind of avoided putting their most popular songs like Jeremy, because I figure you've probably heard them already.
Save You
Crazy Mary
Immortality
Come Back
Garden
Spin the Black Circle
Rats
Go
Once
Footsteps
Present Tense
Nothing as it Seems
All or None
I am Mine
No Way
Deep
Wash
Fatal
Sevred Hand
Rearviewmirror
State of Love and Trust (I prefer the acoustic version)
I could keep going, but that's probably a lot more then what you wanted.
My brain hurts after reading the religion thread. And after being told that I don't understand inflation a good ole rank these bands is just what I need.

Anything from Infinity or Escape is a masterpiece.
well, I can tell a little about a couple of these bands.
OAR-I'm not sure how you are ranking these bands, but talent wise, they are not so good, but they are fun to listen sometimes. Some of their songs include: That was a Crazy game of Poker, Black Rock, Toy store, Delicate Few, Hey , and Lay Down.
Joe er-he has a couple songs that are OK. Feelin Alright was a good song, but I'm sure he's more known for the sappy "you are so beautiful". IMO, not that great
Iggy Pop-stripped down grunge rock. "lust for life" is a more pop song and was his most famous. "Nightclubbing", "China " and "Funtime" are some other popular ones.
Not a big Journey fan and Pearl Jam's already been covered, I have both The Bends and OK Computer from Radiohead, and I listen to them some. There both good but I can't tell you much about the songs. I know "Creep", "no surprises" and "Karma Police" are some of their hits
"Let's Keep The Friendly Confines Friendly" - Ernie Banks
Pearl Jam is one of my 2 or 3 favorite bands so I'd easily have them at the top. Journey would definitely be second. I don't really love any of the others on that list.
My favorite PJ songs: Corduroy, Better Man, Given to Fly, Elderly Woman Behind...., Yellow Ledbetter, World Wide Suicide, Black, State of Love and Trust, Alive, Breath and the other hits (Even Flow, Jeremy, Alive, etc.)
