I just love that avatar.
That's funny. That quote is in my sig over on the football side. I need to add it here.
I do drink tons of water both when I eat means and when I get home after work. I have this big 32 oz mug that I fill up probably 6 times each evening. Water with lemon juice in it is my favorite drink in the world. I'm not talking about a slice of lemon, I'm talking about 5 or 6 tablespoons per 32 oz. glass. YUM!!!! I attribute that in addition to me taking a daily multi-vitamin to me never getting sick. It's been about 5 years since I'v had anything more than a runny nose.
Is it really? I must have noticed that and subconsciously picked it up.
i dont like to skip any of them, but some days it just seems to happen for various circumstances.
Breakfast - i always have to eat a granola bar or something before work, but on the weekends if i dont get to it no big deal
Lunch - again, hate skipping during work (and i mean HATE)...it better not even get delayed, but again on the weekends, late breakfast, get busy, forget about lunch
Dinner - rarley skip, usually only do if A) i went to an early ball game and filled up on nachos, hot dogs and beer or B) i'm on vacation and start drinking at lunch and just decide to drink my dinner
on a side note, i love that Sopranos episode where Vito decides to leave The Land of JohnnyCakes because he cant handle how long it took to be lunch time...Savor it, dont look at your watch, it's gotta be almost 11:30 [Looks at watch 9:40, leaves town]
Actually I started drinking Carnation instant breakfast, and it has done wonders for my energy at school. (for those that don't know I teach high school). I very rarely ate breakfast, but would really tire out just before lunch time. these things are awesome, it takes like 30 seconds to make (especially with my magic bullet) and boom I got breakfast.
