Rays Updates

Just some updates on the Rays:

Seth is the closer going into ST and looks good and the coaches have confidence he will fix whatever his problem was on the road.

Johnny has been hitting regularly and his shoulder is getting better he will be ready for ST.

Casey threw 16 pitches from the mound on Friday and had no pain and looked good. Right now he is on track to be ready for Opening day.

Waechter had surgery in the offseason on his shoulder and threw about 40 pitches on Friday and said he felt good. He is scheduled to pitch in games around late April early May.

Scotty says he feels stronger then ever and has had some great bullpen sessions. He is fine and ready to get started.

I agree, this kid just needed time, electric stuff, i am very excited. Joe made a big point about E playing so well and earning his shot
