Minor Leaguers/Rookies?

I'm not sure if this goes here but I'm wondering about some players that are either going to be rookies or start the year in the majors. Here's the list:

Adam Jones
James Loney
Josh Fields
Eric Aybar
Alberto Callaspo
Kevin Kouzmanoff
Ryan Sweeney
Chris Ianetta

How would you rank this list as far as potential to be good pros?

Erick Aybar is a speedy SS with a good glove but no power and some people are having questions about his contact skill too.

Kouzmanoff is a single hitting machine, he'll hit for the occasional HR, but that's no his forte. His isolated OBP isn't great either.
