Will this guy ever get a shot in the rotation? He was highly ranked before the injury.Im in the last round of a minor league draft. Just curious if he's ever going to have any value.

He would be a huge longshot at this point. He got off to a decent start last season, but the Dodgers were still using him in a limited way. He is definitely not ready to be a starter at this point and he is allowing too many walks to be an effective reliever. He is still young and he still has a power arm, but he needs to show some spark of effectiveness this season to have a good shot at success.
