Having guys from the same team?

Is it something that should be avoided in H2H leagues? Does it matter all that much?

Doesn't really matter.

As long as the players are good, I don't see a problem. :-)

As long as you don't get 5 or 6 from the same team, it's much more important to look at what individual #s they should each put up rather than team.

If you have a significant number of hitters from the same team, you could see a negative effect if they team is facing several good pitchers in a row, but usually it won't matter.

Could be bad if a great hitter is injured and the rest of the lineup suffers. Not as significant as other sports but it COULD still be an issue. Not something to be worried about though.

There is nothing wrong with starting 6 royals on your fantasy lineup.
