Sportsline Keeper league?

Hi all, I wanted to make a keeper league for my friends and me and ended up hearing Sportsline had a good keeper system. But I went over to the site and couldn't find anything. Could anyone point me into the right direction? Thanks. I got to the page where it lists all the different types of leagues (gold, diamond, etc.) but that's as far as I got.

You have to join a commisoner league. Then you have complete control over your league
