Please Rank These SP Prospects

Out of the following SP prospects - Glen Perkins, Franklin Morales, John Danks, and Eric Hurley, how would you rank them as having the most potential to be solid professionals.

Morales and Hurley are a close 12 and then id probably go with danks then perkins

Morales-very good stuff, but will he have control, is the humidor here to stay
Hurley-Texas pitching prospect is always scary, but he's young and in a relative high level for him.
Danks-Looks like a RP to me
Perkins-Unless he's traded. Won't be more than a lefty specialist with the Twins.

Hurley is the clear #1 out of that group. Check out this John Sickles Bailey/Hurley smackdown.

For people who missed out on Bailey, Hughes, Garza and other nice young sp's, take Hurley. Many are staying away becasue he's in Texas but that's BS.

CONCLUSION
I rate them as even in background/intangibles. It is extremely close with physicality/tools, with Bailey having (perhaps) a slight advantage. Hurley has better current performance and polish. Bailey has an edge in upside, though Hurley's is still respectable. Overall, it looks like Bailey comes out a bit ahead, but it's very close, and both of these guys have a good chance to be successful (granted all the usual caveats about young pitchers).
