Stat Services w/ closed bid transactions

I've been in the same league for almost 14 years and we are looking to shake up our current system in order to make a more fun atmosphere. We have one player in practicular who handles all the transactions for the league, but some owners wonder if he cheats on the bids, looking to see what others have been on certain players, before bidding just a little more. So I was wondering if there are any stats services that offer a closed bidding service where the owners submit their best bids and then the service releases the winners on the monday. Any help would be great.
