Jeter might play a good third, that's for sure. Jeter's range has really suffered.

But it won't happen. I heard that a combination of Soriano, Weaver and prospects might entice the Rangers, but that'd be crazy.

If anyone knows the Post, they would know that it's half news and half tabloid. I wouldn't put anything past George, though. 8-o

Oh, I know. That's why I titled the thread as I did. :-b

The Post is 90% tabloid, I'd say; 10% news. The "Fenway Punk" headlines pissed me off. I know WR disagrees, but I don't care how old you are--if you're charging me, I'm going to respond.

But I don't want to go off on that tangent. :-D

Hey now, that's not a bad idea for us Ranger fans. Give us Mussina, Contreras, Soriano, Posada, and a few prospects or draft choices. We would give, Arod and Chan Ho Park. Sounds good to me. :-)
