RHP Jesse Foppert will undergo Tommy John surgery and won't pitch again until 2005, at the earliest. Foppert, who once was one of the top prospects in the organization, felt a pop in his elbow while throwing in a simulated game to test his arm. Foppert already was on the D.L. for an ulnar nerve problem in his right elbow.
what are thoughts on Klesko, Glaus, and Floyd for next year..
Seems pretty darn close to his 2002 numbers to me. I think once again, Abreu will put up solid numbers. Don't get me wrong, there is room to improve on his last 2 seasons, but personally, I wouldn't classify them as "horrible".
I was thinking the same thing and then I scrolled down.

I'm avoiding Green. If it hadn't been for that 2-3 week hot stretch where he hit something like 12-15 homers, he would have been considered a bust in 2002. I avoided him last year because of it, and I'll continue to avoid him until he proves that he's back to form.
Yes doctor, I am sick. Sick of those who are spineless. Sick of those who feel self-entitled. Sick of those who are hypocrites. Yes doctor, an army is forming. Yes doctor, there will be a war. Yes doctor, there will be blood.....
