What do you guys think about Renteria next year?

he's not a second rounder, IMO

like the last person said, SS will have more depth next season so that will hurt his value a tad. Great player, and one of the top SS, but i'm not going to draft him to early.

I, like some others, dont believe this (clutch hitter) stuff. But lets pretend its true. Who would be dumb enough to stick him 7th then? You lose 18 plate appearances in each spot in the order over a season. So edgar loses 108 pa. Edgar at leadoff would be great for Renteria owners. Plenty of abs, which pad the adding totals like hits, runs, rbis, hrs, sb. I will take a hitter leadoff 100% of the time over hitting 7th.
