Grenade Teeth is when someone has really messed up teeth (like a Grenade exploded in their mouth). I guess I just liked the sound of it.

It was also the name of my Worms II team (computer game), I would have used the name of some of my worms but I didn't know how well 'Balls' or 'Your Mom' would be received...

In hindsight, I should have used a name from one of my favorite Cards like Joaquin...
