I'm thinking Punto over Cirillo and Ramon Ortiz in the #3 or 4 spot. He's an inning eater with some experience. I don't know if he'll be there at the end of the season, but that's where he'll probably start.

Has anyone heard anything definitive on Punto/Cirillo? The depth chart on the Twins homepage list Cirillo ahead of Punto.

I think that Punto will be the starting third baseman, with Cirillo and Kubel sharing time at DH until Kubel can step back in at left field.

Ponson can't even figure out his VISA. But I think he'll be in the mix, if only because the Twins will give him every chance to perform.
