Orphaned team? I'm your man! (H2H only)

Hello,

I have participated in a Hardcore Dynasty League for the past two years and like most leagues that start up, a few teams get abondoned because the guy drafted like a jackass, made a couple of bonehead trades or simply wasted the time of active GMs by not being committed.

However, I've witnessed how these franchises have turned around with new owners who know their baseball and can take up the challenge of transforming a mediocre team into one that is competetive and in fact, could be a major contender for the championship within the next couple of years. I'd like to take on such a challenge.
