Salty is the better overall prospect and is, currently, the best catching prospect, but has a not insignificant chance of being moved off catcher to another position.
I would still rank him with catchers because he hasn't been moved off, but the fact that he's likely to move has to be factored in.
I'd probably still put him first, but if I was drafting with the intention of having a catcher, I wouldn't count on him.
