Confused on a couple of things

I am the commish of a 12 team h2h on cbs..... I need help on a couple of things though.

In my roster limits I have where you can start 2 utility and 1 dh. However, do you think I need to say "yes" under everyone is available for DH?

And also, I have where owners cannot change the position of the player, how do you start someone at utility if you cant change the position?

Anyone is available at UTIL, when you get the starting lineups, everyone will have UTIL available as one of thier positions.

I think you'll want to answer "No" to this question. That would mean that only DH's will be able to be played at the DH position. If you answer "Yes" then you have essentially created 3 utility spots.
