McGee hands down. Bowden is a nice player, but McGee has much better stuff.

agreed.

McGee is right behind Elbert, Kershaw as far as top lefties go imo.

What about Franklin Morales? Is he too far behind those?

I put Morales as the 4th best LHP in the minors. If he ever learns to control his stuff he has the potential to top the list. He's that good. The problem with Morales however, is the fact he pitches in Coors which can hurt his stats. I think he's going to be a really good pitcher and I'd honestly take him ahead of both Bowden and McGee. There's more potential there.

Andrew Miller
Scott Elbert
Clayton Kershaw- Could be the best pitching prospect in the minors in a couple years. Kershaw could easily be the best of this bunch.
