Battlefield 2 tips

Was talking to wr about this and thought i'd post some tips ive come across that may help (ive only been playing for about 3 weeks online)

- stick to walls, dont just wonder out and try and pop someone
- whenever you see someone and you are gonna shoot them, hit the ground. All the good players drop straight away, and its hard as hell to shoot them. If you can beat a guy to the ground, you have a big target to shoot at. The default key for it is something like x, but that's frikin hard to hit quick. Change it to f.
- when you start out, you have crap weapons. Half the reason you are getting skooled is cuz the vets have awesome guns. Its gonna suck for a while til you start to earn unlocks.
- I just discovered a great way to score points. Be a medic. Do this for a while, until you get enough unlocks to get some kick ass weapons and can go toe to toe with the vets of the game. As a medic, just follow dudes around (join a squad) and throw out medikits and revive people - you can rack up points very quickly. More than just cruising around trying to kill people.

Anyone else got any other tips/tricks?

Yeah don't die. And if you are gonna die, then kill someone before you do. Rinse and repeat.

I haven't played in a while so I don't really have any tips. But those are some good ones
