I found out more of the story. So the cops heard the music and came over to the car, they didn't say anything about drugs and didn't ask to search and dukes said "You aren't going to arrest me for a little pot are you?" After he alerted them to fact he had pot then they searched the car. Way to go Dukes, why didn't you just cop to killing someone will you were at it

Thats what i found out from the officer that was there, he happened to be a friend of a friend. The guy he was with had been arrested 10 times in the last 3 years.

Also, Dukes had hired some guy to help keep him out of trouble and this guy was supposed to be around him 24/7 and the guy said Dukes was making progress and wouldn't be in trouble and he does this. Someone needs to be fired.

Sucks too after they gave him a chance to play full time at 1st so he didn't have to go back to AAA
