Hey, ESPN needed something to drone on about and the "McGwire snub" has grown stale already.
Ugh, it's days like this that I leave the sports talk radio off.

The Sports Talk Radio here is great. They aren't focusing in on that they are talking about other things. I never listen to ESPN radio, i really dislike almost everything about ESPN.

What choice did he have? He had to accept the punishment and take 6 more tests.
I can understand Barry's frustration with the results becoming public when they shouldn't have been...but I despise, absolutely despise, the fact that he tried to blame his positive result on Sweeney.
True, if Bonds did knowingly take amphetamines as the article suggest, he was in the wrong. However he accepted what he did, took 6 more tests that came up negative, and moved on.
Accepted what he did?? He tried to pass the buck to Sweeney, didn't he??

Yea that was some crap. Reminds me of when Palmerio blamed a tainted vitamin B shot on Tejada.

By not appealing the result, I took that as accepting what he did. He moved on, and so did the league just as they should have, atleast until this report came out.
And not to say that I believe him about Sweeney, but who's to say he's lying either? Keep in mind that these things were all over clubhouses heading into 2006, and still may have been widely available. It wouldn't be surprising for a veteran like Mark Sweeney to still have them in his locker.
