Outlook for Pelfrey/Hochevar?

Postby fatnub2339 » Thu Jan 11, 2007 2:01 am

What can you tell me about these two first round SPs? What kind of pitchers are they? How will they progress and what kind of fantasy value will they have in the majors? Who are they similar to in the majors?(in terms of pitching arsenal and statistically) Thanks.

I hope you mean as in sometime during the season because I haven't heard any reason to believe he will start the year with the big league club. After being injured in the AFL this offseason I'm willing to bet the Royals actually somewhat play this smart and move him along slowly.

Yup, thats what I was saying. No reason to think he'll be up this season. I was trying to be nice and not completely disagree with the guy though.

I have heard that some feel he could end the year there, but I just think they may try to move him slowly after his injury.
