Team/Draft Help

I need some help with roster decisions for 07. I'm in a 5x5, 10 team league. Everyone keeps 16 players. I'm having trouble deciding on who my 16th keeper will be. I feel I have a really good team but I cant make up my mind on this.

Keepers as of now:

C-Brian McCann
1B-Ryan Howard
2B-Chase Utley
3B-Miguel Cabrera
SS-Jose Reyes

UTL-Todd Helton

OF-Vernon Wells
OF Jeff Francoeur
OF-??

SP-Roy Halladay
SP-Justin Verlander
SP-Scott Kazmir
P-Jason Schmidt
P-Francisco Liriano-I'm "blowing" a keeper on him.
CP-Huston Street
CP-JJ Putz

Right now my possible keepers on my bench are:

Bob Wickman
Rocco Baldelli
Chris Duncan
Adam LaRoche
Nate Robertson
Doug Davis

WHO SHOULD I KEEP? I love having three closers but maybe thats a bad idea.

Now I'm leaning towards Baldelli b/c he would be my third OF...OR LaRoche and he could be my UTL (provided I can trade Helton)

Also, I'm picking 6th in our draft. I'm thinking about trading up to the first pick to draft Dice-K. Right now the asking price is my 6th pick and Duncan...is this fair?

First off make the trade of Duncan and your 6th pick for the first overall pick.
Second, I would keep Baldelli as a keeper as well. I would also heavily consider dropping Helton(the good days are behind him) and either keeping LaRoche or Wickman in the last spot.

I too would get rid of Helton. Baldelli and LaRoche look like your two best bets out of that group.

Yup. drop Helton, and keep Baldelli and Laroche. great team with 4 legitimate 1st rounders.

thanks for the help guys. I still feel that I shouldnt just cut Helton, I would think someone could give me something for him. One discussion I was having with another owner was this;

Roy Halladay & Todd Helton for Jason Bay & Josh Johnson.

Do I do this if he will? And if I do, should I keep Wickman over Baldelli b/c Bay would round out my starting OF. Whats more valuable, a 3rd closer or a 4th OF??

I LOVE Halladay, he is awesome at everything but K's and he is my most proven arm I feel..

with the pitchers you already have kept id still just cut Helton and take Baldelli and LaRoche. but if the other owner was stupid enough to make that deal then hmm

D-Rays, you do that deal in a mississipi minute. do it, do it now...
you ll have a sick O-ffence and still a good foundation to build up your rotation and 'pen.

maybe you trade helton and wickman for Bay and sp, maybe you can still get johnson... depending on how smart your trading partner is..So then you can keep LaRoche and Baldelli as a 4th OF..

but if you cant pull off a trade i'd keep LaRoche...

Lastly, Trade duncan and the 6th pick immediately, for the 1st pick overall... You have no intentions on keeping Duncan so make the deal before its off the table, because then when you let go of Duncan, the other guy will get him for nothing...

Since you players are not involved in the same trade, try to make both deals, I think it makes your team a lot better and you don't touch any core players, plus you only trade away 1 of your keepers.
