Agree. If it's between those 2, Lincecum is the choice. He'll be in the bigs maybe by summer, altho it is a question whether he'll remain a starter. Even, if he stays healthy (which is always a concern w an 18 y/o pitcher) and develops nicely, Kershaw probably wont hit the bigs until 2009 at the earliest. And the Dodgers havent exactly had the best luck w their elite pitching prospects lately (see G. Miller and E. Jackson). Hopefully Billingsley and Elbert will reverse that trend.
