the gist i got was probably never...or at least late this year. i saw an article in my local paper which is how i found out about it and it said it might not make an 07 release.

i think the wiki article said it's been in development for quite a few years, but it did sound promising for a release sometime this year

oh well, Maxis (along with Blizzard) usually take their time to put out near flawless games, so i wont complain

FYI...they have released the Creature Creator for this game, it's pretty sweet. you can make some cool looking stuff with very little skill. looking forward to the game in September

picked this up on Sunday, only made it to the Tribal Stage before football came on but it's pretty sweet
