This game of baseball is not a camp for little kids. It's a place where grown men go to work to earn a living. Pedro makes millions and every game he misses costs the Sox and fans money. I think that when he saw that big bald guy coming after him he did a good thing by just placing him on the ground. He didn't stomp on the guy or punch him. He just made sure that the old bat wasn't going to hurt him. I think the old man could have gotten it a lot worse for pulling a stunt like that. And by the way. I think that pitch that Clemens threw wasn't even close. Manny should be thankful that his last name isn't Piazza!

I agree that Pedro could have really hurt Zimmer if he wanted to.

man..that's a great angle! on TV you can't really see what zimmer did but at that angle you can clearly see that he was going for Pedro's head. He was looking to knock his block off.

Yeah, it's a GREAT angle, and I can't imagine any of us wouldn't do the same thing.
