Mirabelli?

Is it just me or does anyone else find the fact that Mirabelli plays when Wakefield is pitching mind boggling. Varitek has 3 HR so far this postseason, hes a great hitter, and provides a spark to the offense. Mirabelli is supposed to be in there to catch Wakefield but he has like 15 passed balls in 43 starts and probably a bunch more that were his fault, but were credited as a wild pitch. Plus Mirabelli sucks at hitting.
