Kennedy is likely to go into the rotation over Saarloos initially, that 5th spot will probably be rotating between pitchers with a hot hand, both Saarloos and Kennedy, along with a few guys from Sac will probably pitch there before the year is over.

Yeah, I'll second this. I think you could see Saarloos, Kennedy, Komine, Windsor or Halsey in that slot. I think if Kennedy throws well enough in spring training it's his job. If he lands it, I think he could be a nice sleeper.
Yep, Saarloos and Kennedy are the favorites here depending on how Spring goes. Both pitchers have proven themselves, but there are a few young guys that would like to be catapulted into the 5th spot (Windsor, Halsey, Komine).

Jason Windsor, one of the potential guys for the #5 spot, gets a lot of different opinions varying from saying he'll be a #2 to he'll be a long reliever. I guess we'll see this years if they don't send him down to PCL
