I have a signed ball (ball point pen) by Sheff when he was with the Marlins, and it has faded really bad. I have put it in a case now, will that stop it? Should i use something other than a pen to get sigs on a ball?

Always use a pvc ball cube to protect your signed ball

A sharpie is the best for ball signing

I'm going to disagree, all my sharpie autohraphs have fadded from the 2000 season. I use a strong blue ball point pen for my autographs. Also, keep all your autographs in the dark untill you have proper the displays.

Blue ballpoint pen works best for me. I strongly disagree with sharpies
