of course, it also shortens your life span, shrinks your testicles, and, oh yeah-is illegal in baseball. :-t

I agree that punishments are way too light for rule violations. I feel that instead of fining a guy $5,000 and suspending him 2 games, why not suspend him 2 games and his fine is whatever his pay is for those 2 games?
Yes doctor, I am sick.
Sick of those who are spineless.
Sick of those who feel self-entitled.
Sick of those who are hypocrites.
Yes doctor, an army is forming.
Yes doctor, there will be a war.
Yes doctor, there will be blood.....

i hate bonds and sosa as much, if not more, than most people, but showing a couple pictures and quoting a body building friend does very little to convince me. i have been lifting weights for about the last 12 months and gained about 10 pounds. i am not too serious about it and dont take any supplements. are you telling me a guy who's livelihood depends on getting strong and hitting homeruns and who can afford a personal trainer, dietician, and to lift weights all day when not playing baseball cant reproduce the same results as me?

i agree that the testing process is a joke. there really isnt any point in having a system if it allows people to escape punishment.
