In general I agree that there's far too much focus on money, but I'm not sure that that's the case here. Cabrera's had great success in Japan, and if he enjoys playing there, why not stay?

none here. it is true that he enjoys playing in japan, but why not test your skills against the best for "only" 500,000 if you get MINIMUM wage?

That's true. Cabrera could come over here and flop (not likely). Then it messes up his game completely.
