I saw him live a few years back at Bonnaroo. The guy rocked even in old age.

Yes he was a little insane and was a drug addict and probably beat women.

But the man had the funk down ;-D

saw him at HoB in Chicago a year ago. Great show. he was probably due though. too bad. :-/

My dad's friend who was over last night was gonna go see him at B.B. Kings blues club on New Year's. This kind of sucks for my dad's friend...although it sucks for James Brown a little bit more.
