Need help deciphering game worn jersey tag

Merry Christmas everyone. I got a Joe Nathan jersey for Christmas as a gift. Awesome! I've got a tag question and I could use some advise for wearing/framing.

Anyway, it has a tag on the lower-left corner below the "Authetic/Majestic" patch that reads "36 50 06". I'm pretty sure that 36 refers to his number and 06 refers to his year. Does anyone know what the 50 means? I thought that it might have been the 50th game, but I found a photo and they were wearing a different jersey that game. Is there anyway to trace this jersey back to a specific game? It came from the pro shop, so I suppose I could call them but I'm sure they aren't open today or tomorrow and I can't wait! Thanks.

50 is the jersey size. Sometimes if the jersey comes with a LOA it will list the actual date it was worn.

Thanks. Bummer, the cert only states that it is authentic and taken directly from the Twins clubhouse and it was game worn. I will probably never know when he wore it. Oh well, his whole season was pretty awesome.
