I'm looking for a Rotisserie league with a live, in-person auction draft somewhere in California. A draft taking place in Tahoe, Reno, or Las Vegas would also be acceptable for reasons you might be able to guess.
I'd prefer a pretty standard league -- 5x5 or 6x6, normal roster ~18 players, normal budget ~$260. Any buy-in up to $200 would be fine.
If you know of any groups or companies organizing a league like this sometime between now and the start of the 2007 season, please email me at greg|at|nisene|dot|com or reply to this posting. Thanks.

not a lot of ppl want to face a "face 2 face" draft if u will
that's understandable. i draft online plenty, but league i get most excited about is the in-person money draft with a few of my buddies and a few random guys. i'm having trouble convincing that group to convert to an auction-style draft, so i'm just looking for something (read: anything) different.
If you're interested email me at mailto:slilien@gmail.com 7x7 categories $320, includes all the pizza and beer you can consume. Very competitive leaguet that has been together for almost 10 years. Draft in Temecula on 3/24/07.
Hey Greg -
Don't know if this is quite what you're looking for, but we're having a live auction in Las Vegas this Saturday, the 24th, and would be happy to add any additional owners. Mixed league with 6x6 Roto scoring with a few different categories: OBP, Total Bases, Quality Starts, Holds. Standard budget and roster but w/ 2 additional pitchers and adjusted for full 25-man roster, so $280 auction budget. Plus reserve draft picks. It's also a keeper/contract league. Innitial league fees are $120 -130, depending on how how many total owners we have to split up the cost of the stat service. Let me know if you have any questions, or you can email Ben Caras at mailto:bcaras@MartinHarris.com for a full rulebook. Hope to hear from you.
