PAL_120 drafts are conducted by e-mial.
there are 10 teams in 2 divisions.
the NL crossover limit is 2.
each team can protect 13 players.
each team gets 3 rookie spots that do NOT cost late round picks.
each team has an optional 3 rookie spots the cost picks 33,34,35 in this order.
concluding the draft we hold an extra supplimental draft of 4 players.
these are picks x1 thru x4 and these picks are tradeable.
the 3 rookie spots that do not cost picks are tradeable.
if you trade for an extra round 33,34,35 you do not have the option to keep an "extra" rookie with that spot.
if you trade a round 33,34,35 but wish to keep a rookie that would have used that spot you lose the next highest spot you have.
the draft order follows scoresheet rules.
