I don't know, the Yankees are babying Hughes like crazy. I wouldn't be surprised to see them wait until 2008 to bring him up, or at the very least until the rosters get extended in September of 2007.

Hirsh to start in the minors? I don't really see that happening.
Tim Lincecum and Jonathan Sanchez should both crack the Giants' rotation at some point.
Daisuke Matsuzaka probably won't last long in many drafts but he may be a good value pick...probably a better investment than Zito, who will likely go earlier.

Kevin Slowey should be on your short list. He is better control and poise then most of the young pitchers mentioned above and he will get n opportunity very soon in Minny.

I would wager a substantial amount that Daisuke's ADP will be higher than Zito's. Especially if Zito lands in Texas.
As regards Homer Bailey, he'll start the season in the minors, but I'd be surprised if he isn't up before september.

Scott Olsen... Great stuff and he is an absolute bull dog. THere are some questions about his makeup but I think he is going to get better.
