The Rangers are really starting to bug me. This doesn't make much sense to me either:
Todd Greene - C - Texas Rangers Oct 6
Rangers sent catcher Todd Greene outright to Triple-A Oklahoma. Greene declined the assignment and opted for free agency. The Rangers could have some interest in re-signing him, but they weren't going to keep him on the roster and go to arbitration with him.
I understand trying to save some money, but I think Green's bat would be better than Diaz's bat in the lineup. I think Diaz did a good job this year, but Greene seems to be a guy who can play, if given the chance. I expect another team to sign him.
Yes doctor, I am sick. Sick of those who are spineless. Sick of those who feel self-entitled. Sick of those who are hypocrites. Yes doctor, an army is forming. Yes doctor, there will be a war. Yes doctor, there will be blood.....
I agree with Madison that another team would most likely sign Green. It would be a shame to see him go. He kinda filled a gap as catcher that Diaz just doesn't seem to fill.

As long as he does it in a Rangers uniform.
