Willis Arrested for DUI

Local Radio 620 WDAE reported that D-Wllis was arrested this morning at 4:30 for suspiscion of DUI. Apparnetly he got out of his Bently and was urinating and a cop saw him.

The penalty just isn't stiff enough. Even for someone who's not famous, the odds of jail time for a first DUI offense are just miniscule (at least in Missouri; I shouldn't speak for all states).
