Truthfully, I wouldn't be shocked. Though, I'd expect him to get a 7 - 8 year deal tops, topping out around 27 - 28 million, but heck, if we're talking about that being a possibility, 30 x 10 isn't out of the realm of possibilities either, in this fictional world we're talking about where he's a FA.

I'd say 20m/year for sure, can't see anyone giving a pitcher $25m, but he might make a couple over 20.

I think the idea of the 'If Pujols were an FA' thing is less to do with Pujols, and more to do with the maximum amount of money the market will bear for anyone, however good.
