It is pretty good. I would say add the QBs names, and change the lighting. Make it look fancier. Overall though, nice job

its not bad at all...a few suggestions, and thanks for the props...

1. border - a border always makes the sig look cleaner and crisp
2. player effects - im not sure if you know how to do this yet, but its fairly simple. by adding a duplicate layer of the picture and changing the lighting on the top layer, a player effect is created and makes the sig a notch better.
3. blending - try adding some blending techniques, such as shadows and gradients, especially in the background.
