Rays/Marlins Trade offers

Marlins are talking with the Rays about acquiring BJ Upton. The Marlins want to plave him in CF. The last offer a couple weeks ago was Nolasco for Upton and the Rays said absolutely not. The Rays have wanted Olsen, but i don not see Olsen for Upton. The Rays are looking for pitching so maybe Johnson or Sanchez.


Rays have talked about Rocco for Olsen, so i guess we will see.

Olsen for Upton would be sweet, but after Upton's disappointing 06 season, I don't think that will happen. Heck I would do Rocco for Olsen if that is available, but I hear the Drays are wanting for the Fish to add a bit more to that. It would be nice to keep both Rocco and Upton, but with our pitching situation, that is not a real option at this time.

Well from what local radio is saying the Fish want Upton in CF, haven't heard what they are offering, but they had offered Nolasco before and i have heard they offered Olsen for Rocco earlier, thats why i think it may be in the middle, either Johnson or Sanchez
