I thought it was sometime late Jan/early Feb. Can't remember for sure though.

Keeper leagues are still closed off, i.e. they are still recommending you make no changes. Prob not for a while yet.

After the new year, probably 30 or more new threads are started asking "When are yahoo leagues opening?".... i think its has something to do with that.
I think yahoo opens like mid-Feb.

I checked my CBS stuff from last year, and I signed up on Jan 27th. I know I signed up a couple weeks after it opened up.
