How healthy will Kazmir be going into this season?

By all reports I've read, Kazmir is doing fine. The Rays were being ultra-conservative (& smart IMHO) in shutting him down after his shoulder issues last season.

I gave up a lot to get this guy, hopefully he'll come back from the injury and be solid. I'm expecting good things. ;-D ;-D

Scotty K is fine. He has been throwing and doing well. As SCR said they were ultra conservative in shutting him down. I talked with him while he was injured and he said he was fine and could have pitched if the season meant anything.

One of the best decisions this organization ever made was resting his shoulder last season.

I've heard that Kazmir has a "heavy pitching motion" which is condusive to arm problems. Does anyone know if there is any truth to this?

No, everyone worries that he is small and throws hard, but he does not have a hard motion

thanks deeray i actually have him as my keeper and was actually worried by those reports. Iwonder if they will take the seattle aproach and limit the inn. that he pitches this year. Everyone mocked them for doin that but in the end the twins and drays had it alot harder.
