Scout isn't that great imo. I used to subscribe but simply did not find them very helpful or insightful.
Baseballamerica.com is good. I like their work a lot but it takes some sifting to find all the good stuff. I feel as though many of their articles are weak with little to no beneficial information but instead is more fluff that I could read by looking up a minor league team's local paper on the internet and reading their coverage.
Baseballprospectus.com is also very good. Kevin Goldstein writes a lot of their stuff and he's very good. He usually doesn't get too technical. His writing incorporates a distinctly unique blend of statistical analysis with traditional scouting jargon.

Some of the scout.com boards are pretty good. I haven't read many articles there though.

Trash or not, http://www.projectprospect.com is very helpful. The people there usually know whats going on....and its free.

Seriously name three people who know what they are talking about there, hell even one. What a joke.
