I raise my glass to Bud Selig!

Postby Y`s Guy » Sat Dec 16, 2006 11:10 am

I am giving Bud Selig major props for cleaning up my favorite sport. He came away from Capitol Hill a changed man. A real take charge guy.

Yankees prospect, Hector Noesi (19), was suspended for a banned substance. 50 games, out!!

Noesi makes the minor leagues 40th victim to get suspended under the new rules. In the majors...just 3!!!

Minors - 40
Majors - 3

The minor leagues appears to be a cauldron of filth and illegal behavior. The majors seems to be a place of honesty integrity and purity.

Thanks Bud.

Guys in the majors are just smart and rich enough to use HGH, that's all.

It's not like there's like 5+ times as many minor league ball players as major leaguers, either.

Minor leaguers just don't have the people around them to provide clean urine.

It's not like the commissioner is not testing or ignoring the major leagues. His want to clean up baseball isn't just for show. He has to deal with the Player's Union too, which is why there are no blood tests right now.
