Well ...
It's been peaceful in here so far... :-)

NL MVP .. Barry
AL MVP .. Arod

NL CY .. Gagne but Prior is closer in voting than you may think.
AL CY .. Halladay

NL Roy .. Podsednik
AL Roy .. Baldelli

NL MOY .. McKeon (FLA has the best record in MLB since he took over)
AL MOY .. Gardenhire

NL GMOY .. Hendry
AL GMOY .. Duquette

But Pujol's should get some kinda love for this season. He was amazing. But he did slow down the stretch. He had 2/3's of the triple crown and was sure to steal the MVP from Barry, but alas, He dropped the pace off in HRs and Todd almost beat him on the last day for BA. Lucky for Pujols, the Padres walked Todd on the final at bat. Todd was already 2/3. :-)

NL ROY:Brandon Webb, but if the Marlins win it all then Dontrelle Willis

NL mvp is close, why does 1 guy deserve it, and the other doesnt?

Marlins winning is immaterial, votes are done before post season.[/quote]

first of all, i'm just stating what i think, i don't want to turn this into a bonds-pujols thing.

i was never informed voting was before the postseason. my mistake.

I agree, I thought that the votes were done after the season. Barry Bonds got some votes for last years post season. I dont know what will happen this year.

Bonds never got any votes for post season. Votes have to be in by Monday, the day after the season ends. Post season starts Tuesday. The post season is no factor.

It would be funny if Pudge hit a grand slam off of Rivera to win the Series. :-D
