I have always been a Vidro fan, I just don't get the deal for the M's. They have a solid improving 2B and they are likely gonna need to DH Sexson at one point or another so where do they play him?

I don't see any logic at all behind this. Broussard was conceivably the DH before this, and is Vidro better? The only way I understand this is if Beltre is going bye-bye, Lopez is moving to 3B, and they have a hole at 2B. I hate Bavasi. :-t

Damn. I'm kinda pissed that the Braves couldn't have gotten in here and traded Giles for one of these fellows. Given the great working relationship the two teams must have, I don't see why it couldn't have gotten done. :-D

and Giles is younger, has a shorter contract, has been healthier, and has more upside....
