I think the PSA was a little too extreme in its symbolism, even though that was the aim, no doubt, to make these examples as provocative as possible. For that reason, the examples are rather extreme cases of parenting gone awry, so to speak. By the same token, there are so many influences in the world today now more than ever, which can cause someone to stray away from the wholesome upbringing his/her parents put into fruition. Parenting will always be a guide as for someone to live after, but the end result won't always reflect the quality of the parenting.

Good solid video and it makes a point. MY 2 and 1/2 year old already copies me. I guess I should be more careful what I do. (Like smacking the old lady around in front of him....)

If a parent needs to watch this video to understand that their kid learns by their example, they probably shouldn't be a parent.

Maybe it was just me, but I thought this was a pretty obvious concept?
